- the front office (city ledger settlements, income journal and front office statistics)
- Points-of-sale (item sales statistics for costing)
- Materials management (vendor receipts and consumption journals)
- Payroll (departmental salary journal and personnel statistics) and
- Any other implemented module that effects accounts (journals in a text format)
It consolidates these with transactions posted in the back office in
- Receivables (receipts and adjustments)
- Payables (advances, additional purchase journals, payments and adjustments)
- General cashiering (petty cash expenses, restaurant cash collections, transactions in cash – if any - with debtors & suppliers and bank deposits/withdrawals)
- Bank reconciliation (bank charges and transfers) and

It also produces vital management reports –Monthly Financial Statements including departmental profit/loss – and statutory reports – P & L, Balance Sheet and supporting annexures.
